2019冠状病毒病的护理管理——复旦大学附属中山医院援鄂护理团队经验

Nursing management of COVID-2019—Experience of the nursing team from Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University for aiding Hubei Province

武汉曾是2019冠状病毒病(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情的重灾区,当时全国各地医疗队驰援湖北进行医疗救援,护理人员作为前线医疗操作的主要执行者,其防控管理经验和严格的诊疗操作防控措施是此次援鄂医疗队“零感染”的重要保障。复旦大学附属中山医院整建制接管前线重症/危重症患者,护理团队在实践中从病区管理、护理操作管理、环境清洁及消毒、物品消毒管理、患者转运及终末消毒等方面总结重症和危重症患者的前线护理管理及防控经验。

Wuhan was pandemic area in coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-2019),and medical teams from all over the country went to Wuhan for aiding medical rescue.As the main executor of front-line medical operation,nursing staff's prevention and control management experience and standard operation were the important guarantee of"zero infection"for the medical team of aiding Hubei Province.The reconstruction system of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University took over the front-line patients with severe and critical illness.In this paper,the nursing team summarized the nursing management and infection prevention and control experience in ward management,nursing operation management,environmental cleaning and disinfection,item disinfection management,patient transfer,and terminal disinfection.
