摘要
为了分析分支水平井完井防砂管柱在渤海油田出现阻卡复杂情况的原因,研究形成针对性的技术对策,结合X1H1井作业时出现的现象、作业参数及管柱下入模拟分析,深入剖析了X1H1井完井防砂管柱阻卡原因,并对工艺和工具进行了优化。分析结果认为:井深1730.88 m阻卡为顶部封隔器卡瓦提前张开坐封造成了硬阻卡,同时井筒内可能有杂物和管柱间隙过小也是该次阻卡的原因;井深1155.50 m阻卡主要是管柱间隙过小,导致顶部封隔器上规环或胶皮卡在了壁挂器缩径处。形成的针对性技术措施为:完井作业前增加1趟通井作业以保障井筒内通径;刮管洗井采用多功能井眼清洁器,优化洗井管柱,提高井眼清洁程度;将顶部封隔器外径由152.4 mm减小至147.3 mm,提高防砂管柱的通过性。提出的针对性技术对策可有效解决分支井管柱阻卡复杂情况,为分支水平井技术在渤海油田的推广应用提供了借鉴。
To analyze the blocking causes of the sand control string in multilateral horizontal wells in the Bohai Oilfield,and provide technical countermeasures,combined with the operation phenomenon,operating parameters and string running simulation analysis of the Well X1H1,in-depth analysis of the reasons for the sand control string blocking in the Well X1H1 is carried out.The process and tools are then optimized.The analysis results indicate that:the blocking at 1730.88 m caused the pre-opening and setting of the top packer slips.Possible debris in the wellbore and too small string gap are also the reasons for the blocking.The blocking at 1155.50 m is mainly due to the small gap between the pipe string,which causes the upper gauge ring or rubber of the top packer to be stuck at the shrinkage positon of the wall hanging type hanger.The proposed technical measures are:adding wiper trip before completion to ensure the inner diameter of the wellbore;using multifunctional wellbore cleaners for casing scraping and well washing;optimizing the washing string and improving the cleanliness of the wellbore;reducing the outer diameter of the top packer from 152.4 mm to 147.3 mm,improving the passability of the sand control string.The proposed technical countermeasures can effectively address the complicated situation of multilateral well string blocking,and provide references for the promotion and application of multilateral horizontal well technology in Bohai Oilfield.
