可重复开关插管桥塞及配套不压井完井技术 被引量:1

摘要 针对光套管压裂井完井过程中,采用高密度压井液压井存在污染储层,降低压裂效果的问题,研究了以可重复开关插管桥塞为核心工具的低成本不压井完井技术。对可重复开关插管桥塞进行了室内评价试验,研究了应用可重复开关插管桥塞不压井完井工艺管柱,形成了适用于光套管压裂井完井工艺技术。现场应用结果表明:下入可重复开关插管桥塞后可多次暂闭油层,并使井口处于安全受控状态,实现了使用修井机下泵或后期检泵作业时的不压井作业,有效避免了高密度压井液压井,对储层无污染。该不压井完井工艺技术降低了作业成本,缩短了施工周期,具有良好的推广应用前景。 To address the application problem of high-density killing fluid during cased hole fracturing completion that causes reservoir damage and hinders the fracturing performance,the pressure balance well completion technology with repeatable switch bridge plug as the core tool is studied.An indoor evaluation test is carried out on the bridge plug.The snubbing well completion string is studied,and the completion technology suitable for cased hole fracturing wells is formed.The field application results show that the oil layer can be temporarily closed for many times using the new developed bridge plug.The wellhead keeps in a safe and controlled state.The snubbing operation during pump running and pump inspection using workover rig is realized.It effectively avoids high-density killing fluid,and has no pollution to the reservoir.It also reduces operating costs,shortens the operation period,and has a good application and promotion prospect.
