井下油水膜分离装置设计与性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着石油工业的快速发展,膜分离技术逐渐在石油化工领域中扮演着重要角色。综合考虑各种分离技术的优缺点,将串联泵系统、水力旋流器及膜材料相结合,设计了一种井下油水膜分离装置。通过对传统水力旋流器的结构优化与改进,完成了旋流式膜分离器单元的设计,对其进行了样机试验与相关性能研究,确定了油水膜分离装置的结构及其配套工艺。研究结果表明:该分离装置应选择温度适当的井深段使用,其适用于含水体积分数大于80%的油井;整套装置采用并联型设计,分离效率高,处理量大,减小了流体的流动阻力,降低了流道中的压降;抽油泵和注水泵可以同时实现抽油注水,能有效避免使用传统双作用泵时出现的分离油无法抽到地面或将分离油与分离水一同被注入注水层等问题。研究结果可为井下油水膜分离装置的进一步设计提供技术借鉴。 With the rapid development of the petroleum industry,membrane separation technology gradually plays an important role in the petrochemical industry.Considering the advantages and disadvantages of various separation technologies,a downhole oil-water membrane separation device is proposed.Through the optimization and improvement of the structure of the traditional hydrocyclone,the cyclone membrane separator unit was designed.The prototype was tested and related performance research was carried out to determine the structure and supporting technology of the oil-water membrane separation device.The research shows that the device should be used in the well section with appropriate temperature.The device is suitable for oil wells with the water cut of more than 80%.The parallel design provides a high separation efficiency and large processing capacity,which reduces the flow resistance and the pressure drop in the flow channel.The oil pump and the water injection pump can simultaneously achieve oil pumping and water injection,which can effectively avoid the traditional double-acting pump problems that the separation oil cannot be pumped to the ground or the separation oil is injected into the water injection layer together with the separation water.The study can provide technical references for downhole oil-water membrane sparation device design.
