摘要
客观存在的民族心智结构、多元基础教育制度类型与高校招生考试特殊制度决定中国特色民族高等教育组织系统的生成。该组织系统由主体部分与附属权变机制构成。主体部分包括要素组织层级、院校层级和院校间层级。附属权变机制包括预科制度、民族班制度等四种。该系统的未来演变取决于不同身份参与者的行为抉择。
The formation of the organizational system of ethnic minority higher education with Chinese characteristics is determined by the objective ethnic mental structure,the type of multi-basic education system and the special system of college entrance examination.The organization system consists of main body and subsidiary contingency mechanism.The main part includes the element—organizational level,institutional level and inter-institutional level.The subsidiary contingency mechanism includes four kinds of agencies such as preparatory system and ethnic class system.The evolution of the system in future depends on the behavioral choices of participants with different identities.
