摘要
海峡两岸一衣带水,人民同根同源,秉承同样的传统文化。海峡两岸虽然政治和经济制度不同,但由于同一种传统文化及政治和其价值观的长期影响,在民族高等教育制度,尤其是少数民族大学生就业政策的内容和形式等方面有具有着相似性。当然,因经济制度及其民族结构不同等原因,海峡两岸少数民族大学生就业政策在实施目的、内容和优惠对象等方面存在着差异性。
The Cross-Strait is separated only by a strip of water,its people are with the homology of the root,adhering to the same traditional culture.Although the political and economic systems across the Taiwan Strait are different,however,due to the long-term impact of the same traditional culture,in the minority employment system,especially there are similarities in the content and form of employment policy and other aspects of the minority students.Because of different economic and political systems and national structures,there are differences in the implementation of the purpose,content and preferential target on the employment policy of the cross-Straits minority university students.
