农民工培训研究动态追踪(2005-2019)——基于CNKI的文献计量

农民工培训是促进城乡发展,提高农民经济收入的有效途径。系统地梳理近十五年中国农民工培训领域的研究热点、前沿和演进路径,有助于深化农民工培训的理论研究,指导农民工培训活动的开展。本文基于文献计量和数理统计方法,对CNKI数据库中2005-2019年有关农民工培训的文献进行分析后发现:在研究成果上,年度刊文量波动性凸显,缺乏前瞻性和预见性;在研究队伍上,跨学科、跨地域的合作较少;在研究内容上,实现了由观宏向察微的转变。影响培训参与度和满意度的因素、新生代农民工职业教育、新型城镇化和农民工市民化是当前农民工培训领域的热点主题。

The training of migrant workers is an effective means for overall development and income increase.Systematically combing the related literature in the past fifteen years,summing up the research hotspots will help deepen the theory and guide practice.Based on the methods of bibliometrics and mathematical statistics,this paper came to the following conclusions.Firstly,we can perceive that researches lack foresight from evidently fluctuant number of articles.Secondly,the cooperation of authors and institutions is not close enough.Lastly,scholars gradually pay more attention to micro-data.The influence factors of participation and satisfaction,the vocational training of new generation of migrant workers,new urbanization and citizenship of migrant workers are the current hot topics.
