基于DEA模型的我国上市军工企业经营效率评价研究

随着我国综合国力的提升,国防军工产业对我国国防安全和经济发展的作用越来越大。军工企业的市场化改革已有时日,而我国上市军工企业的经营效率如何,值得进一步研究。本文采用DEA数据包络分析法测量2015年-2018年我国上市军工企业的经营效率,从资源投产和产出视角对我国上市军工企业的经营效率进行评价;分析我国上市军工企业的技术效率、规模效率以及其规模报酬情况,衡量其所处的发展阶段;同时,本研究还对我国上市军工企业的分布层次进行了分析,从国家层面了解我国军工企业的整体发展情况。通过对我国军工企业改革的阶段性分析和总结,有利于其下一步的发展和优化。

With the improvement of China's comprehensive national strength,the national defense and military industry plays an increasingly important role in China's national defense security and economic development.The market-oriented reform of military enterprises has been going on for some time.However,the operating efficiency of listed military enterprises in China is worthy of further study.In this paper,DEA data envelopment analysis is used to measure the operating efficiency of listed military enterprises in China from 2015 to 2018,and to evaluate the operating efficiency of listed military enterprises in China from the perspective of resource production and output;to analyze the technical efficiency,scale efficiency and scale remuneration of listed military enterprises in China,and to measure their development stage;at the same time,this study also analyzes the listed military enterprises in China The distribution level of industrial enterprises is analyzed,and the overall development of China's military enterprises is understood from the national level.Through the analysis and summary of the stages of the reform of China's military enterprises,it is conducive to the next step of development and optimization.
