新时期民族地区高校人才培养模式探析

Analysis of Talents Training Mode of Colleges and Universities in Ethnic Areas in New Period

由于民族地区高校具有办学定位、文化、区域和教育资源等方面的特殊性,因此国内普通高校的人才培养改革经验难以完全适用。立足民族地区高校人才培养的现状,针对民族地区高校专业和课程的办学特色,从培养观念、培养方式、培养方案和培养目标等方面探讨新时期人才培养模式的创新改革问题,探寻民族地区高校本科人才培养模式的有效改革路径。

Because of the particularity of universities in ethnic regions in terms of orientation,culture,region and educational resources,the experience of personnel training reform in domestic colleges and universities is difficult to fully apply.Based on the current situation of talent training in colleges and universities in ethnic regions,this paper discusses the innovative reform of talent training mode in the new period from the aspects of training concept,training mode,training program and training objectives,and explores the effective reform path of undergraduate talent training mode in colleges and universities in ethnic regions.
