产学研结合模式下高校会计学专业应用型人才培养研究

The Research on the Cultivation of Applied Talents of Accounting Majors in University Based on the Industry-university-research Cooperation

会计是企业、行政事业等单位不可或缺的岗位,会计专业的设置与会计职业技能的提高,对于提升教学质量和达到人才培养目的有重要作用。地方应用型高校采用产学研协同创新育人,培养创新型和应用型的会计学人才是目前急需的培养人才模式。为了更好地适应地方经济发展对高素质人才的需求,本文对产学研教学形式下会计专业人才培养进行了研究,并提出进一步加强应用型高校会计学专业产学研合作的对策。

Accounting is an indispensable position for enterprises,administrative institutions,etc.The establishment of accounting majors and the improvement of accounting professional skills have an important role in improving the quality of teaching and achieving the goal of talent training.Local applied universities adopt collaborative innovation of industry-university-research cooperation to educate people,and cultivate innovative and applied accounting talents is a much-needed model of talent cultivation.In order to better adapt to the local economic growth of the demand for high-quality talents,this paper studied the talent cultivation of accounting specialty based on industry-university-research cooperation teaching mode and proposed feasible optimization plan.
