湿法炼锌硫酸盐溶液高效除氟的工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用型号为Ca-LC的高效除氟剂,以氟化物沉淀的方式从湿法炼锌硫酸盐溶液中除氟。试验结果表明:在初始氟离子浓度为260mg/L的硫酸锌溶液中,加入理论量2倍的除氟剂,反应时间60min,温度70℃的条件下,除氟率可达90%以上,除氟后液氟离子浓度小于20mg/L,满足电积锌的要求;除氟滤渣经碱洗脱氟后,除氟剂可再生循环使用,再生效率可达95%以上。 The type of high efficiency fluoride remover is Ca-LC,and the fluoride is removed from zinc sulfate solution by fluoride precipitation.The experimental results show that:in zinc sulfate solution with initial fluorine concentration of 260 mg/L,adding 2 times theoretical amount of fluorine remover,the reaction time is 60 min,temperature 70℃,the fluorine removal rate can reach more than 90%,the concentration of fluorine ion in the liquid after fluorine removal is less than 20 mg/L,meet the requirement of electrozinc;after the fluorine removal residue is washed and defluorinated by alkali,the fluorine removal agent can be recycled and used,and the regeneration efficiency can reach more than 95%.
