摘要 由于热处理工艺能够通过改变金属材料的机械性能,从而激发出金属材料最大的潜力。针对这一现象,进行金属材料和热处理工艺的相关性研究。分析热处理预热和金属材料的切削性能所存在的关系,明确经过预热处理后的金属材料无论是抗拉强度、屈服强度还是硬度,得出热处理温度越高,金属材料的切边模量数值越大;而后,分析热处理温度和金属材料断裂韧性所存在的关系,直至碳化物逐渐溶入基体中,分析热处理应力和金属材料应力腐蚀所存在的关系,可通过减少金属材料收缩的速度,通过激活原子,使其能够迁移,提高金属材料的抗腐蚀性。 Because the heat treatment process can change the mechanical properties of metal materials,so as to stimulate the greatest potential of metal materials.In view of this phenomenon,the correlation between metal materials and heat treatment process was studied.The relationship between the preheating of heat treatment and the cutting performance of metal materials is analyzed.It is clear that the higher the heat treatment temperature is,the greater the value of the cutting modulus of metal materials is.Then,the relationship between the heat treatment temperature and the fracture toughness of metal materials is analyzed until the carbide gradually dissolves into the matrix By analyzing the relationship between the stress of heat treatment and the stress corrosion of metal materials,we can improve the corrosion resistance of metal materials by reducing the rate of shrinkage of metal materials,activating atoms,enabling them to migrate.
