摘要
本文通过实验研究的方式,对变形速度、试样尺寸对断后伸长率的影响展开实验研究。通过对相关数据的总结分析,得出以下几个方面的结论:第一,拉伸试验变形速度在1.0mm/min^100.0mm/min范围内,材料强度受变形速度的影响较小,且断后伸长率呈现出一定程度上的降低趋势,可以考虑以50.0mm/min为标准进行拉伸试验,以保障试验效果达到理想状态;第二,试样过渡弧半径变化对试样强度以及断后伸长率的影响表现不明显;第三,试样直径取值5.0mm的情况下,断后伸长率有较为明显的下降趋势。
In this paper,the influence of deformation velocity and sample size on elongation after fracture is studied experimentally.Based on the summary of relevant data analysis,the following conclusions:first,the deformation rate tensile test at 1.0 mm/min^100.0 mm/min range,strength of materials under the influence of strain rate is small,and the break elongation presents to a certain extent reduce the trend,can consider to 50.0 mm/min as a standard for tensile test,in order to ensure test results to achieve ideal state;Secondly,the influence of the transition arc radius on the strength and elongation after fracture is not obvious.Thirdly,when the diameter of the sample is 5.0mm,the elongation after fracture tends to decrease significantly.
