Geological disaster is a destructive natural disaster,which seriously threatens the safety of human beings and property.Remote sensing technology is an important technique to monitor and control geological disasters.It has the advantages of large information and high efficiency.This paper will analyze the types and causes of common geological disasters,briefly introduce remote sensing technology,and discuss the application of remote sensing technology in monitoring and management of geological disasters.
