分期电针联合头穴久留针治疗急性缺血性脑卒中对下肢运动功能的影响

目的:观察分期电针联合头穴久留针治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)对下肢运动功能的影响。方法:64例根据双盲法分为对照组及分期组各32例。两组均进行常规治疗,对照组另用常规电针加头穴久留针,分期组用分期电针加头穴久留针治疗。结果:治疗1个月、2个月后两组MI-L积分、FMA-L评分、BBS评分及FAC分级评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且分期组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:分期电针联合头穴久留针治疗AIS可提高下肢肌力、运动功能、平衡功能及步行能力,促进康复。

Objective:To observe the effect of staging electroacupuncture combined with scalp needle retaining therapy on acute ischemic stroke(AIS)on lower extremity motor function.Method:According to the double-blind method,64 cases were divided into a control group and a staging group,with 32 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional treatment.The control group was treated with conventional electroacupuncture combined with scalp needle retaining therapy while the staging group were treated with staging electroacupuncture combined with scalp needle retention therapy.Result:After 1 month and 2 months of treatment,MI-L score,FMA-L score,BBS score and FAC grade score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those of the staging group was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Staging electroacupuncture combined with scalp needle retaining therapy could improve lower limb muscle strength,motor function,balance function and walking ability,and promote rehabilitation in treatment of AIS.
