脱敏汤联合冷喷治疗面部脂溢性皮炎疗效观察

目的:观察脱敏汤联合冷喷治疗面部脂溢性皮炎的疗效。方法:108例随机分为对照组和试验组各54例。对照组给予外涂氧化锌软膏及口服西替利嗪治疗,试验组给予脱敏汤联合冷喷治疗。结果:瘙痒评分、鳞屑评分、红斑评分、皮损评分及总评分试验组分别为(0.31±0.51)分、(0.29±0.51)分、(0.88±0.60)分、(0.79±0.62)分、(2.40±1.71)分,对照组分别为(0.75±0.44)分、(0.74±0.62)分、(1.29±0.58)分、(1.14±0.45)分、(3.91±1.52)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率试验组96.30%、对照组79.63%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复发率试验组20.37%、对照组55.56%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脱敏汤联合冷喷治疗面部脂溢性皮炎可改善临床症状,治疗效果好,复发率低。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Decoction for Desensitization combined with cold spray on facial seborrheic dermatitis.Method:108 cases were randomly divided into control group and test group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group were treated with external zinc oxide ointment combined with oral cetirizine while the test group were treated with Decoction for Desensitization combined with cold spray.Result:Itching score,scale score,erythema score,skin lesion score and total score of the test group were(0.31±0.51),(0.29±0.51),(0.88±0.60),(0.79±0.62),(2.40±1.71)points while those of the control group were(0.75±0.44)points,(0.74±0.62)points,(1.29±0.58)points,(1.14±0.45)points,(3.91±1.52)points respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.30%in the test group and 79.63%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relapse rate was 20.37%in the test group and 55.56%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Decoction for Desensitization combined with cold spray could improve clinical symptoms,with good therapeutic effect and low recurrence rate in treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis.
