纳气针法靶向透刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效观察

目的:观察纳气针法靶向透刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:120例分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组用纳气针法靶向透刺治疗,对照组用氟桂利嗪和谷维素治疗。结果:两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组痊愈率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:纳气针法靶向透刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of targeted penetration of Qi-keeping acupuncture method in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Method:120 cases were divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with targeted penetration of Qi-keeping acupuncture method while the control group were treated with flunarizine and oryzanol.Result:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but the recovery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The targeted penetration of Qi-keeping acupuncture method is effective in treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
