摘要
目的:建立麻杏止咳糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱和苦杏仁苷含量测定的方法。方法:采用高效液相法(HPLC)测定麻杏止咳糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱和苦杏仁苷的含量。色谱柱为Ultimate C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-磷酸二氢钾(0.02 mol/L,含0.1%磷酸和0.1%三乙胺)(8:92),柱温25℃,检测波长210 nm,流速:1.0 mL/min。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在1~40μg/mL的范围内有良好的线性关系,R2=0.9993,平均加样回收率为98.9%,RSD为0.78%(n=9);苦杏仁苷在5~200μg/mL的范围内有良好的线性关系,R2=0.9991,平均加样回收率为98.6%,RSD为1.22%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便准确,重复性好,可作为麻杏止咳糖浆中关键组分含量的测定方法。
Objective:To explore a method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin in Ma Xing cough syrup.Methods:The contents of ephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin in Ma Xing cough syrup were determined by HPLC.The chromatographic column was Ultimate C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),mobile phase was acetonitrile-potassium dihydrogen phosphate(0.02 mol/L,containing 0.1%phosphoric acid and 0.1%triethylamine)(8:92),the column temperature was 25℃,the detection wavelength was 210 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results:Ephedrine hydrochloride had a good linear relationship in the range of 1 to 40μg/mL,R2=0.9993,the average recovery was 98.9%,and the RSD was 0.78%(n=9).Amygdalin had a good linear relationship in the range of 5 to 200μg/mL,R2=0.9991,and the average recovery was 98.6%,and the RSD was 1.22%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the determination of key components in Ma Xing cough syrup.
