羊水蛋白质组学技术在胎儿染色体异常的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 正常的妊娠过程依赖于羊水中一系列复杂的蛋白相互作用保持相对的平衡,当胎儿生长发育出现异常时,羊水蛋白质组将会发生改变。近年来,羊水蛋白质组技术被广泛应用于筛选胎儿染色体异常早期标志物的研究,本综述关注胎儿染色体异常时羊水蛋白质组学的研究进展,这将有助于阐明胎儿染色体异常的病理生理变化,从而有望发现新的产前筛查标志物。 Normal pregnancy depends on a series of complex protein interactions in amniotic fluid to maintain relative balance.When the fetal growth and development is abnormal,the amniotic fluid proteome will change.In recent years,amniotic fluid proteome technique has been widely used to screen early markers of fetal chromosome abnormalities.This review aims at focusing on the advances in the study of amniotic fluid proteomics in cases of fetal chromosome abnormalities.This will help to clarify the patho-physiological changes of fetal chromosome abnormalities,and it is expected to find new markers for prenatal screening.
