摘要
为了探究产品交互细节对提升用户体验的作用。根据贝恩特·施密特的用户体验体系,通过分析其各类体验下用户与产品之间互动方式的差异性,对产品交互细节进行分类,并以戴森吹风机为例剖析各类交互细节对提升其对应的用户体验的作用。产品交互细节通过提高产品的实用价值、情感价值等来满足用户的多维需求,从而丰富他们的使用感受,对提升用户体验具有积极作用。为产品设计中用户体验的完善与优化提供了参考。
In order to explore the role of product interaction details to enhance the user experience,improve the designer’s attention and control to product interaction detail design.According to Bernd H·Schmitt’s User Experience System,product interaction details are classified by analyzing the differences How users interact with products under various experiences,and the interaction details design of Dyson hair dryer is taken as an example to analyze the effect of various interaction details on improving their corresponding user experience.Product interaction details have a positive effect on enhancing the user experience. Product interaction details enrich and optimize user experience by improving the aesthetic value of products,clarifying the symbol language of products,and conforming to use psychology of users. The article provides a reference for improving user experience in product design.
