摘要
归纳近十年认知负荷在界面设计中应用研究的热点领域、研究重点和研究趋势。利用CiteSpace计量可视化分析法和文献分析法对文献进行国家及机构分析和文献共被引分析。1.认知负荷在界面设计中的应用研究热点领域为调节策略及测评研究。2.界面认知负荷成因分为信息量超过工作记忆容量、信息难度超过认知加工水平、注意资源分配不均三种,并提出相对应的调节策略。3.认知负荷综合评价方法通常结合其他领域的模型和技术,对认知负荷进行综合评价。最后从三方面探讨了研究发展趋势。
This article summarizes the hotspots,research priorities and research trends of applied research in interface design in the past ten years. The article uses CiteSpace econometric analysis and literature analysis to conduct national and institutional analysis and literature citation analysis. Firstly,Research on the application of cognitive load in interface design focuses on adjustment strategies and evaluation. Secondly,The causes of interface cognitive load can be divided into three types:information content exceeding working memory capacity,information difficulty exceeding cognitive processing level,and uneven resource distribution,and corresponding adjustment strategies are proposed. Thirdly,The cognitive load comprehensive evaluation method usually combines models and technologies in other fields to comprehensively evaluate cognitive load. Finally,the development trend of the research is discussed from three aspects.
