摘要
由筷子储存盒的抑菌和便携问题,提出一种基于TRIZ理论功能裁剪法的创新设计方案;通过产品分析和用户研究分析寻求符合大众需求的产品类型,先对产品原型进行功能分析,找出产品存在的问题,再运用功能裁剪法对原型设计进行改进,得出设计方案;设计出了一款集储存、干燥、抑菌和便携于一体的筷子储存盒,优化人们的健康生活;TRIZ理论功能裁剪法对产品设计的创新有效而快速,为其他领域的设计创新也提供了一种行之有效的方法,有很大且广泛的应用价值。
Aiming at the disinfection and portability of the chopsticks storage box, an innovative design scheme based on TRIZ theory and function cutting is proposed;Find product types that meet the needs of the public through product analysis and market demand analysis, first perform functional analysis on the product prototype to find out the problems in the product, and then use the functional tailoring method to improve the prototype design and get a design plan;An innovative design of chopsticks storage that meets the needs of the public and has both disinfection and portable functions is designed to optimize people’s healthy dining life;The TRIZ theoretical function tailoring method is a very effective method of technological innovation, and has great application value in product innovation design.
