扶正健脾方对胃癌晚期患者化疗反应的影响

Efficacy observation of Fuzheng Jianpi recipe on chemotherapy reactions of patient with advanced gastric cancer

目的:观察扶正健脾方对胃癌晚期患者化疗反应的改善作用。方法:将130例胃癌晚期患者随机分为两组各65例,共120例完成观察。对照组59例予常规OXA+5-Fu/CF或PTX+5-Fu/CF化疗方案,治疗组61例在常规化疗方案治疗基础上加用扶正健脾方,15天为1个疗程。观察两组患者对化疗药物的不良反应,并采用QLQ-STO22和QLQ-C30量表对患者进行生活质量评分。结果:治疗组血液学化疗不良反应发生率为47.5%,低于对照组的61.0%(P<0.05);胃肠道化疗不良反应发生率为29.5%,低于对照组的47.5%(P<0.05);神经毒性化疗不良反应发生率为52.4%,低于对照组52.5%(P﹥0.05)。治疗组QLQSTO22量表评分、QLQ-C30量表评分较治疗前明显好转,并优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正健脾中药能够改善胃癌晚期患者化疗反应,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fuzheng Jianpi recipe on chemotherapy reactions of patient with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:130 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups,65 cases in each group.A total of 120 cases completed observation.59 cases of control group were treated by conventional OXA+5-Fu/CF or PTX+5-Fu/CF chemotherapy scheme,while 61 cases of treatment group were treated plus with Fuzheng Jianpi recipe on the basis of control group.15 days as a course of treatment.The adverse reactions of patients in two groups to chemotherapy drugs were observed,and the life-quality of patients was scored by QLQ-STO22 and QLQ-C30 scales.Results:In treatment group,the incidence of adverse chemotherapy reactions to hematology was 47.5%,which was lower than 61.0%in control group(P<0.05);to gastrointestinal tract was 29.5%,which was lower than 47.5%in control group(P<0.05);toxically to nerve was 52.4%,which was lower than 52.5%in control group(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of QLQ-STO22 scale and QLQ-C30 scale of treatment group were significantly improved,and better than those of control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conlusion:Fuzheng Jianpi recipe of TCM can improve the chemotherapy reactions of patients with advanced gastric cancer,and enhance the life-quality of patients.
