益气化瘀法联合西药对冠心病PCI术后生活质量的影响

Effect of Yiqi Huayu therapy and western medicine on life-quality after PCI of coronary heart disease

目的:观察中西医结合疗法对改善冠心病PCI术后生活质量的临床疗效。方法:选取冠心病PCI术后证属气虚血瘀的患者60例,采用简单随机抽样的抽签法将受试者随机分为两组各30例。对照组予冠心病二级预防相关西医治疗,包括口服抗血小板聚集、降血脂、扩冠等,治疗组在对照组西医治疗基础上,联合益气化瘀中药汤剂治疗,两组疗程均为4周。观察两组患者治疗前后简明健康调查量表评分、6 min步行距离测试、中医症状评分的变化。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者简明健康调查量表评分、6 min步行距离均有提高,中医症状均有改善;与对照组比较,治疗组各指标改善更明显,对中医症状的治疗更有效,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组均无不良反应事件发生。结论:益气化瘀法联合西药对冠心病PCI术患者胸痛等症状疗效显著,治疗后患者的生活质量有所提升。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine on improvement of life-quality after PCI of coronary heart disease.Methods:60 cases of patients after PCI of coronary heart disease and with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome were selected as researched objects,and randomly divided into two groups by simple random sampling,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by western medicine related to secondary prevention of coronary heart disease,including oral anti-platelet aggreg ation,hypolipidemic,dilatation of coronary artery,etc.,while the treatment group was treated plus with Yiqi Huayu decoction of TCM on the basis of control group.For both groups,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.Score of concise health survey scale,6-min walking distance test and change of TCM symptom scores were observed in patients of two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical effect was evaluated.Results:Compared with before treatment,scores of concise health survey scale,6-min walking distance and TCM symptom of patients in both groups were improved after treatment.Compared with control group,the various indexes of treatment group were more obviously improved,the treatment of TCM symptom was more effective in treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse events occurred in both groups.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Yiqi Huayu therapy and western medicine on symptoms such as chest pain etc.of patients after PCI of coronary heart disease is significant,which enhances the life-quality of patients to some extent.
