With the continuous development of the era of big data,the management mode of logistics enterprises has also changed a lot.Therefore,it has become a rigid demand to strengthen the research on the impact of big data on the management mode of logistics enterprises.At the same time,the enterprise also requires relevant employees to understand the big data mode and logistics enterprise management.This paper focuses on the research of logistics enterprises.Firstly,it expounds the management requirements of logistics enterprises.Then,it introduces the negative and positive impacts of big data on the management mode of logistics enterprises respectively,and integrates the management defects of logistics enterprises to comprehensively highlight the connotation of logistics enterprise management innovation.
