精细化管理在建筑工程施工管理中的应用

Application of Fine Management in Construction Management of Construction Engineering

由于我国市场经济体制的引入,衍生出了建筑工程施工管理中的精细化管理,但就目前的发展态势来说,精细化管理应用上还存在一定的问题,须采取有效措施予以解决,从而促进建筑企业的可持续发展[1]。论文主要基于建筑行业的角度出发,论述精细化管理在其施工管理中的应用。论文分为三部分,第一部分论述精细化管理的概念,第二部分论述当前建筑工程施工管理中的问题,第三部分论述精细化管理应用于建筑工程管理中的具体措施与策略。

Due to the introduction of China's market economic system,fine management in construction management of construction engineering has been derived.However,in terms of the current development trend,there are still some problems existing in the application of fine management,which must be solved by taking effective measures to promote the sustainable development of construction enterprises[1].This paper mainly discusses the application of fine management in the construction management from the perspective of the construction industry.This paper is divided into three parts,the first part discusses the concept of fine management,the second part discusses the problems in the current construction management,the third part discusses the specific measures and strategies of the application of fine management in the management of construction projects.
