摘要
随着我国经济与社会的不断发展,医疗水平不断提高,人们对生命健康和医疗服务的需求不断扩大,医院的人力需求也在相应增加。要想使医院稳步发展,就需要一定数量的编外人员。因此,寻求管理编外人员,促进医院发展的方法是目前医院迫切需要的,医院对编外人员进行人事档案管理,能够有效利用编外人员档案,保障其档案安全性、真实性、完整性,使编外人员在医院发展中的作用最大化。目前,编外人员的人事档案管理存在明显不足,需要及时改进,顺应时代发展的需求。论文对医院编外人员人事档案管理的问题及改进措施进行探讨。
With the continuous development of China's economy and society,the medical level is constantly improving,people's demand for life and health and medical services is expanding,and the demand for hospital manpower is also increasing accordingly.In order to make hospitals develop steadily,hospitals need a certain number of supernumerary personnel.Therefore,seeking a good way to manage supernumerary personnel to promote the development of hospitals is currently urgently needed by hospitals.Hospitals manage the personnel archives of supernumerary personnel,which can effectively use the archives of supernumerary personnel,ensure the security,authenticity and integrity of their archives,and maximize the role of supernumerary personnel in the development of hospitals.At present,there are obvious shortcomings existing in the management of personnel archives of supernumerary personnel,which need to be improved in time to meet the needs of the development of the times.The paper discusses the problems and improvement measures of the management of personnel archives of supernumerary personnel in hospitals.
