邯郸市地下水资源分区管理研究

Research on the Partition Management of Groundwater Resources in Handan City

论文以邯郸市东部平原区作为先行示范地区,在收集研究区基础资料的基础上,分析了邯郸市地下水资源及其开发利用与管理现状,对地下水超采区治理的阶段效果进行了评估,根据国内外地下水分区分类研究结果,提出了研究区的地下水分区分类管理的目标及相应的管理措施。结合邯郸市地下水资源管理的需求,按照专题提出的技术方法及指标体系,论文提出邯郸市平原分区地下水管理的目标及相应的政策措施,为全国类似地区提供示范经验。

This paper takes the eastern plain area of Handan City as the first demonstration area.Based on collecting the basic data of the research area,this paper analyzes the groundwater resources and its development,utilization and management status in Handan City,and evaluates the stage effect of the treatment of groundwater over-exploited area.According to the research results of the partition and classification of groundwater at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the objectives and corresponding management measures of partition and classification management of groundwater in the research area.Combined with the management demand of groundwater resources in Handan City,according to the technical methods and index system proposed by the special topic,this paper puts forward the objectives and corresponding policies and measures of the management of groundwater in the plain area of Handan City,so as to provide demonstration experience for similar areas in China.
