基于工匠精神的现代学徒制校企合作人才培养途径探析

Analysis of the Ways of Talents Training of Modern Apprenticeship School-Enterprise Cooperation Based on Craftsman's Spirit

培养具有工匠精神和专业技术能力的劳动者是目前国家对于职业教育的基本要求。目前,在进行人才培养的过程中论文提出了要落实现代学徒制,实现学校和企业之间的融合,能够积极地营造出一个校企合作的氛围,通过这一人才培养模式的落实进一步培育学生的工匠精神,有效地推动我国经济的发展。论文从工匠精神角度出发浅议现代学徒制校企合作人才培养的具体实施途径。

Training workers with craftsman's spirit and professional and technical ability is the current China's basic requirement for vocational education.At present,in the process of talents training,the paper proposes to implement modern apprenticeship,realize the integration between schools and enterprises,which can actively create an atmosphere of school-enterprise cooperation.Through the implementation of this talents training mode,we can further train students'craftsman's spirit and effectively promote the development of China's economy.From the perspective of craftsman's spirit,this paper briefly discusses the specific implementation ways of talents training of modern apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperation.
