仪式教育背景下高校毕业生离校教育“内涵式”反思

摘要 随着“三全育人”理念与仪式教育在高校的实践与推广,作为在校大学生思想政治教育“最后一环”的毕业生离校教育不断受到高校重视。不过,从具体实践来看,存在部分高校对其价值定位不够准确、内容挖掘不够充分和形式创新不够有力的问题。基于毕业生离校教育的“内涵式”反思,试图从提升仪式化功效、推动内容深化、促进结构优化、实现实效强化四个方面扩充其内涵维度,由此实现高校毕业生离校教育成效从过于“形式化”走向富有内涵的“仪式化”。 With the practice and promotion of"FWA Education"theory and ceremony education in universities,leaving school education of graduates,as the last step of ideological and political education for college students,has become more and more important for colleges.However,from the perspective of practice,there are still many problems in graduates leaving school education,such as inaccurate value orientation,empty content,single expression form,etc.Based on the connotative introspection,we attempt to expand the connotation of education of colleges graduates leaving school by improving the effect of ritualization,digging content,promoting structural optimization and enhancing effectiveness,so that the change from over formalization to connotative ritualization can be achieved.
