摘要 智能完井是提高采收率的重要技术,但复杂的系统组成和较高的成本限制了其应用,随着关键工具及其控制系统的完善以及数据采集传输技术的发展,为智能完井降低成本、提高可靠性提供了条件。本文介绍了智能完井部分相关技术的进展及应用,包括电控隔离阀、智能压裂滑套和新型光纤数据传输等关键技术,地层隔离阀、滑套分别为实现储层隔离和分段储层改造的关键工具,地层隔离载已由常规的机械控制、单次开关发展为远程无线控制、多次开关,压裂滑套由机械启动、有限级压裂发展为电控启动、无限级压裂;可溶光纤和分布式声波技术的应用提高了数据传输质量。这些技术已部分实现应用并且效果明显,将推动智能完井技术的发展。 Intelligent completion is the key technology to enhance oil recovery,but the application was restricted by its complex structure and high cost.With the improvement of valve structure,control system and data transmission technologies,more technological breakthroughs have been obtained.In this paper,the improvement of technologies and applications on intelligent completion is introduced,which includes control formation isolation valve,intelligent sliding sleeve and data transmission.Formation isolation valve and intelligent sleeve are the important downhole tools for isolation formation and staged fracturing.Formation isolation valves have been controlled by electronics and switched more times instead of mechanical control and single switch.Sliding sleeve can be controlled by electronics,and the stage is unlimited.The application of soluble optical fiber and distributed acoustic technology significantly improves the reliability of data transmission and decrease the cost.These technologies will greatly promote the development and application of intelligent completion,and enhance the recovery rate to reduce synergies.
