个案管理艾滋病患者安全性行为情况的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of safe sexual behavior of AIDS patients under case management

目的通过建立艾滋病个案管理模式,探索个案管理模式对艾滋病患者安全性行为的影响,使患者得到持续延伸性的支持和帮助,以提高艾滋病患者的安全性行为意识。方法在2016年10月~2018年10月期间,对符合纳入标准的艾滋病患者,按个案管理计划进行评估,进行有关安全性行为的问卷调查,制定相应治疗及个案管理计划书,并实施预防介入措施的执行与追踪,评估患者实施个案管理对安全性行为的影响效果。结果经过个案管理随访使用安全套的比例,个案护理前后对比,差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论个案管理模式对遏制艾滋病的传播意义重大。

Objective Establish case management model of AIDS to explore the impact of case management model on safe sex of AIDS patients. Through this study, AIDS patients can receive sustained support and help, while improving their safe sex activity. Methods AIDS patients who met the inclusion criteria from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected. These patients were assessed according to the case management plan. Questionnaires about safe sex were conducted among the patients. Establish HIV treatment and case management plan, implement prevention and follow-up for patients. To assess the impact of case management on patients’ safe sex. Results After case management follow-up, there were significant differences in condom use rate before and after case nursing(P < 0.05). Conclusion Case management model is of great significance to reduce the spread of AIDS.
