摘要
VR技术是一种可为阅读障碍者提供作品感知的新方式。2020年《中华人民共和国著作权法(修正案草案)》为"VR+阅读障碍者图书"出版扫除障碍,却也体现出阅读障碍者概念释义、传播实体和作品使用范围界定不明,以及著作权保护的实践困境。基于此,应立足著作权内部价值理论,完善著作权制度层面的不足,同时辅以出版展望的可行性指导,以探寻著作权制度下"VR+阅读障碍者图书"出版的进路。
VR technology is a new way to provide work perception for dyslexia.In 2020,the Amendment to Copyright Law(Draft)removes barriers to the publication of"VR+dyslexia books",but it reflects the unclear interpretation of the concept of dyslexia,the unclear definition of authorized entities and the scope of the use of works,and the practical dilemma of the copyright protection.Based on the internal value theory of copyright,the path forward should perfect the deficiencies of the copyright system,and at the same time supplement it with the feasibility guidance of publishing prospects to cope with the publishing of"VR+dyslexia books"in accordance with the copyright system.
