中深孔分段凿岩阶段空场采矿法在鑫达金矿的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 金属矿山急倾斜薄矿体的开采因其赋存条件一直受到制约,包头鑫达金矿早期采用浅孔留矿法进行此类矿体的回采,采矿平均回采率40%~50%,贫化率20%~30%,其生产效率较低,作业安全性差,采场经济技术指标不理想。本文针对鑫达金矿急倾斜斜薄矿体的开采技术条件和开采遇到的难题,提出中深孔分段凿岩阶段空场采矿法,并在矿区进行采场试验。试验采场应用效果良好,经济技术指标得到显著提升,矿石损失率、采矿贫化率分别下降至15%和10%,为同类矿山开采提供借鉴思路。 The mining of steeply inclined thin orebodies in metal mines has been restricted by their occurrence conditions.In the early stage of Baotou Xinda Gold Mine,the shallow hole shrinkage method was used to mine such orebodies.The average recovery rate was 40%~50%and the dilution rate was 20%~30%.The production efficiency was low,the operation safety was poor,and the economic and technical indexes of the stope were not ideal.In view of the mining technical conditions of steeply inclined thin orebody in Xinda Gold Mine and the difficulties encountered in mining,this paper proposes a stage open stope mining method with medium-deep hole sublevel drilling,and carries out stope test in the mining area.The application effect of the test stope is good,and the economic and technological indexes have been significantly improved.The ore loss rate and dilution rate have been reduced to 15%and 10%respectively,which provides a reference for similar mines.
