摘要
由于现有提金工艺在实际应用中,难处理含铜金矿中金的脱铜率、回收率以及浸出率均较低,为此提出难处理含铜金矿的提金工艺试验研究。首先介绍了试验中应用到的试剂与设备,然后利用嵌入式破碎机对原矿试样进行采取与制备,在试样焙烧过程中通过测试得出难处理含铜金矿焙烧时间为2.5小时,焙烧温度为700℃,在脱铜浸出过程中通过测试得出难处理含铜金矿氰化浸出时间为12.5小时。最后通过综合测试得到,难处理含铜金矿在焙烧温度为700℃,焙烧时间为2.5小时,氰化浸出时间为12.5小时,金的脱铜率、回收率和浸出率均有所提高。
Due to the low decoppering rate,recovery rate and leaching rate of gold in refractory copper bearing gold ores in the practical application of the existing gold extraction process,an experimental study on the gold extraction process of refractory copper bearing gold ores is proposed.First,the reagents and equipment used in the test are introduced.Then,the embedded crusher is used to take and prepare the raw ore samples.In the process of sample roasting,the roasting time of refractory copper bearing gold ore is 2.5 hours,the roasting temperature is 700℃,and the cyanide leaching time of refractory copper bearing gold ore is 12.5 hours.Finally,the comprehensive test shows that the decopperization rate,recovery rate and leaching rate of the refractory copper bearing gold are all improved when the roasting temperature is 700℃,the roasting time is 2.5 hours,and the cyanide leaching time is 12.5 hours.
