摘要
针对钛合金型材生产过程中性能影响因素分析。首先,分析低周疲劳载荷对高周疲劳特性的影响,明确低周疲劳载荷对高周疲劳特性具有积极的影响,提高低周疲劳载荷能够增强钛合金型材生产过程中的高周疲劳特性;再分析表面损伤对高周疲劳特性的影响,得出表面损伤造成的冲击坑剪切带的延伸能力越强,该钛合金型材的高周疲劳特性越好;最后,分析热曝露温度和时间对钛合金高温抗氧化性的影响,依据钛合金型材自身的临界点,当温度达到临界点再退去之后,钛合金高温抗氧化性最好,可通过减少钛合金型材热曝露收缩的时间,通过激活原子,使其能够迁移,提高钛合金高温抗氧化性。
In this paper,the influencing factors of properties in the production of titanium alloy profiles are analyzed.Firstly,the influence of low cycle fatigue load on high cycle fatigue characteristics is analyzed,and it is clear that low cycle fatigue load has a positive impact on high cycle fatigue characteristics.Improving low cycle fatigue load can enhance the high cycle fatigue characteristics in the production process of titanium alloy profiles.Secondly,the influence of surface damage on high cycle fatigue characteristics is analyzed,and it is concluded that the stronger the extension ability of impact pit shear band caused by surface damage is,The higher cycle fatigue property of the titanium alloy profile is,the better;finally,the influence of heat exposure temperature and time on the high temperature oxidation resistance of the titanium alloy is analyzed.According to the critical point of the titanium alloy profile itself,when the temperature reaches the critical point and then retreats,the high temperature oxidation resistance of the titanium alloy is the best,which can be achieved by reducing the time of heat exposure shrinkage of the titanium alloy profile and activating atoms,Improve the oxidation resistance of titanium alloy at high temperature.
