摘要
在金属排污管道的检测过程中,由于传统的检测技术无法获取的有效的管道内部图像,导致管道破损处裂缝长度检测结果与实际结果相差较大,因而,设计基于金属排污管道的CCTV检测技术应用方法。确定金属排污管道检测范围以及检测内容,选定激光设备、数字相机等仪器,组建适用于金属管道的CCTV检测设备。使用上述设备,获取管道图像。本文对基于金属排污管道的CCTV检测技术应用方法设计进行分析,此方法的管道破损处裂缝长度检测结果与实际结果较为接近,实验证明,此方法的使用效果更有效。
In the detection process of metal blowdown pipeline,because the traditional detection technology can't get the effective internal image of the pipeline,the detection result of the crack length at the damaged part of the pipeline is quite different from the actual result,so the application method of CCTV detection technology based on metal blowdown pipeline is designed.To determine the scope and content of metal sewage pipeline detection,select laser equipment,digital camera and other instruments,and establish CCTV detection equipment suitable for metal pipeline.Use the above equipment to obtain the pipeline image.This paper analyzes the application method design of CCTV detection technology based on metal sewage pipeline.The detection result of the crack length at the damaged part of the pipeline is close to the actual result.The experiment shows that the application effect of this method is more effective.
