摘要
近些年来随着科技的发展,我国的机械加工工艺也在不断的进步,但是对于机械加工生产工作来说,不可能做到零误差,生产人员自身的原因、设备出现问题、设备使用过久造成的磨损都有可能影响到加工质量。因此,需要将零件加工的精度控制在一个范围内,在此范围内零件的质量可以得到保障,能够正常的投入到生产活动中去。本研究对加工精度与机械加工工艺的基本认知做出阐述,然后指出了在机械加工工艺过程中影响到零件加工进度的因素,最后提出了几点提高零件加工精度,机械加工工艺的具体改进措施。
In recent years,with the development of science and technology,China's mechanical processing technology has also been continuously improved,but for mechanical processing production,it is impossible to achieve zero error,the production personnel's own reasons,equipment problems,equipment used for too long The resulting wear may affect the processing quality.Therefore,it is necessary to control the accuracy of parts processing within a range,and the quality of parts can be guaranteed within this range,and can be normally invested in production activities.This study elaborated on the basic cognition of machining accuracy and machining process,and then pointed out the factors that affect the machining progress of parts during the machining process.Finally,some points were raised to improve the machining accuracy of parts and the specific improvement of machining process Measures.
