为解决高寒地区冬季浮船回水泵站不被冻结,保证尾矿库库内安全稳定运行,保证生产用水稳定供给,尾矿库车间与选矿厂相关人员多次讨论,多次实施再优化,最终确立了安全、稳定、可行的浮船泵站喷淋除冰系统应用方案。通过喷淋除冰系统优化应用,解决了高纬度高寒地区-40℃极寒天气,膏体尾矿库汇水区冰面厚度达800mm^1000mm时浮船回水泵站不被冻结。保证了尾矿库库内冬季回水安全稳定,保证了冬季生产用水稳定供给。
