2019年,在发布《中国教育现代化2035》的基础上,我国绘就未来中国教育现代化发展蓝图,围绕各级各类教育的改革与发展,密集出台了一系列针对性强、改革力度大、辐射范围广、彼此关联、便于实践实施的教育政策,围绕构建德智体美劳全面培养的教育体系、全面提高义务教育质量、普通高中育人方式改革、深度贫困地区教育脱贫攻坚、保障和促进教师队伍建设等教育改革发展中的重大热点难点问题,推进教育改革向纵深发展。同时,积极推进区域创新试验,促进区域教育合作,为全国范围的教育现代化发展积累经验;瞄准教育治理的制度短板和弱项推进教育制度建设,发挥教育制度优势,着力提高教育治理现代化效能。

In 2019,based on the blueprint of China's education modernization which is drawn up by“China's Education Modernization 2035”,China intensively issues a series of education policies for the reform and development of all kinds of education at all levels,with the characteristics of strong pertinence,deep reform,wide range of radiation,mutual connection and easy to practice,which focus on the major hot and difficult issues,such as constructing an all-round education system of moral,in-tellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor cultivation in order to improve the quality of compulsory edu-cation,reforming the way of education in senior high schools,tackling the key problems of poverty al-leviation in deep poverty-stricken areas,guaranteeing and promoting the team of teachers,etc.,so as to promote the in-depth development of education reform.At the same time,China actively promotes re-gional innovation experiments and enhances regional cooperation in education,so as to accumulate ex-perience for the development of national education modernization;promotes the construction of educa-tional institutions,aiming at the shortcomings and weaknesses of education governance,giving full play to the advantages of education system,and striving to improve the modernization efficiency of education governance.
