新时代高校师德师风建设:内涵意蕴、现实困境及破解之道 被引量:61

摘要 高校师德师风建设是提升新时代高校教师综合素质、办好人民满意的大学的“基础工程”。新时代高校师德师风的内涵意蕴:以明道信道为核心,传道授业;以修身立德为关键,正己化人;以业精善学为基础,严谨治学;以仁而爱人为根本,尊生爱生。当前高校师德师风建设面临着四个方面的困境:部分高校教师思想政治素质弱化、业务能力虚化、师生关系“亚健康”化及社会服务两极分化。破解师德师风建设现实困境需要做好以下四个方面的工作:凝聚信仰,促进高校师德师风建设的导向化;提升师能,促进高校师德师风建设的专业化;涵养师爱,促进高校师生关系的健康化;关注社会,促进高校教师社会服务的常态化。 The construction of teachers'ethics in colleges and universities is the“basic project”to improve the comprehensive quality of teachers in colleges and universities in the new era and to run a university satisfying people's need.In the new era,the connotation and implication of teachers'ethics in colleges and universities are as follows:to teach and impart knowledge as the core of understanding and faith;The key is to cultivate one's morality,and influence others,on the basis of professional excellence,good learning and rigorous scholarship.Take benevolence and love for others as the founda-tion,and be dedicated to one's work.At present,the construction of teachers'ethics in colleges and universities is facing four several difficulties in aspects:weakened ideological and professional quality of college teachers,subhealthy relationship between teachers and students,polarization of social services.To four solve the dilemma of the construction of teachers'morality and style,we need to do a good job in aspects:to consolidate beliefs and promote the orientation of the construction of teachers'ethics and morals;to improve teachers'ability and to promote the specialization of the construction of teachers'ethics;to cultivate teachers'love and promote the healthy relationship between teachers and students;pay attention to the society and promote the normalization of social services for university teachers.
