摘要
作为与教育学(Ph.D)博士处于同一层次、不同价值取向的博士学位类型,教育博士学位(Ed.D)的设立对优化博士学位结构,解决人才供需矛盾,完善博士研究生教育体系具有重要意义。近年来,受中央政府强力的推动,市场需求数量的巨大和知识生产模式的升级的三方共同影响,我国教育博士研究生教育得到了快速发展,成为学界关注的热点话题。当前我国教育博士研究生培养单位分布过于集中,招生人数增长滞后,区域布局不够合理,专业类型设置单一,层次结构不够协调且缺乏衔接。为此,合理优化资源配置,努力保障培养质量;构建与教育硕士有机衔接的教师教育体系;调整学科专业目录,细化招生专业方向。
As a doctoral degree type with different value orientation and at the same level as Ph.D,the establishment of Ed.D is of great significance to optimize the structure of doctoral degree,solve the contradiction between supply and demand of talents,and improve the doctoral education system.In recent years,with the strong promotion of the central government,the huge market demand and the up-grading of knowledge production mode,the doctoral education in China has developed rapidly and be-come a hot topic in academic circles.But the distribution of Ed.D training units in China is too centralized;the growth of enrollment is lagging behind;the regional layout is not reasonable;the setting of specialty types is homogeneous,and the hierarchical structure is not coordinated and short of cohesion.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the allocation of resources and ensure the quality of training,to construct a teacher education system that is organically connected with the master of education,and to adjust the subject catalogue and to specify the direction of enrollment.
