高空作业车转台高温不回转问题分析

Analysis of Non-rotation Problem of Aerial Work Platform Turntable under High Temperature

针对某高空作业车在高温下转台不回转问题,通过对转台回路的原理及工况进行分析,找出了高温下转台不回转的原因。并根据影响因素,提出了相对应的措施,经实车验证,转台高温下不回转问题得到有效解决。

The paper researches on the non-rotation problem of aerial work platform turntable under high temperature.The principle and working condition of the turntable circuit are analyzed to find out the reason why the turntable does not rotate under high temperature.According to the influencing factors,the corresponding measures are put forward.After the actual vehicle verification,the problem of non-rotation under the high temperature of the turntable is effectively solved.
