恒压式变量柱塞泵控制稳定性影响因素分析

摘要 恒压控制式变量柱塞泵在工作过程中,当压力达到设定值时,液压泵将工作在恒压状态下。通常情况下,其恒压工作稳定性由泵出口压力、阀调节弹簧、阀口遮盖量和变量活塞等多个元件参数决定,并且各参数之间相互关联、相互影响。该文通过AMESim仿真和实际试验相结合的方式,研究变量活塞间隙对液压泵恒压控制稳定性的影响。结果表明,不同的变量活塞的径向间隙会影响液压泵恒压工作稳定性。 Constant pressure control variable piston pump in the working process,when the pressure reaches the set value,the hydraulic pump will work under the state of constant pressure.Normally,it works at constant pressure Stability is determined by the pump outlet pressure,valve spring,valve cover amount,variable piston and other components,and the parameters are correlated and affect each other.The influence of variable piston clearance on the constant pressure control stability of hydraulic pump is studied through AMESim simulation and practical test.The results show that different piston clearance will affect the constant pressure working stability of hydraulic pump.
