In the hydraulic pipeline system,the use frequency of the pipe joint is very high.In the hydraulic system of the construction machinery,high pressure often causes the oil leakage of the pipe joint and affects the normal operation of the system,even damages the equipment.Under the condition of high pressure,the problem of oil leakage of pipe joint needs to be solved urgently.This paper introduces the characteristics of the pipe joint in the hydraulic system and the problems existing in the disassembly and assembly process,analyzes the causes of the oil leakage of the pipe joint,defines the disassembly and assembly methods of the pipe joint in the hydraulic system,improves the assembly quality of the pipe joint,and effectively prevents the oil leakage of the pipe joint.
