摘要
根据高速铁路隧道检测车状态和运行速度的不同,设计收车高速运行、拱顶检测、拱腰和边墙检测3种工况。通过建立检测车侧翻计算模型,计算得到车辆在3种工况下的侧翻稳定角和上下坡倾覆临界角。经实车侧翻试验验证,收车位在侧翻角28°时车体仍然安全稳定。提出侧向加速度侧翻安全阈值的概念,可作为检测车运行稳定性的评判依据,经现场测试3种工况侧向加速度均在检测车侧翻安全阈值以内。
According to the different states and running speeds of the high speed railway tunnel inspection vehicle,itcan be designed into three working conditions:high speed operation with vehicle closing,vault detection,side wall andarch waist detection.The rollover stability angle and the critical angle of up and down slope of the vehicle under threeworking conditions were calculated by establishing the rollover calculation model of the vehicle.It is verified by the realvehicle rollover test that the car is still safe and stable when the roll angle is 28°.Then,the concept of lateralacceleration rollover safety threshold is put forward,which can be used as the evaluation basis for the operation stabilityof the test vehicle.The lateral acceleration of the three working conditions is within the safety threshold value of thedetection vehicle through field test.
