摘要
干粉料与乳胶质量比固定的情况下,外加不同用量的拌和水制成封锚砂浆,并对其可施工性能、力学性能、表观密度、吸水率、收缩率、抗渗性能等进行测试。结果表明:拌和用水量的增加使封锚砂浆可施工时间延长,但硬化后砂浆表观密度减小,吸水率变大,过量的拌和水使封锚效果变差;拌和水用量的增加使封锚砂浆收缩率增大,抗氯离子渗透性能变差,导致封锚砂浆的耐久性能逐渐降低。施工过程中必须严格控制拌和水用量,确保封锚砂浆的性能和施工效果。
When the mass ratio of dry powder to latex is fixed,different amount of mixing water can be added to make covering anchorage mortar,and its constructability,mechanical properties,apparent density,water absorption,shrinkage and impermeability were tested.The results show that the construction time of the covering anchorage mortar is prolonged with the increase of mixing water amount,but the apparent density decreases after hardening,the water absorption rate increases,and the excessive mixing water makes the covering anchorage effect worse.With the increase of mixing water amount,the shrinkage rate of the covering anchorage mortar increases,and the anti-chloride ion permeability becomes worse,which makes the durability of the covering anchorage mortar gradually decreases.During the construction process,the amount of mixing water must be strictly controlled to ensure the performance and construction effect of covering anchorage mortar.
