摘要
结合实践经验,阐述数字集成技术的原理,在电路测试中需要遵循的标准操作。基于数字集成电路测试技术的发展,分析我国数字集成电路的测试技术。
Combined with practical experience,this paper expounds the principle of digital integration technology and the standard operation to be followed in circuit test.Based on the development of digital integrated circuit test technology,it analyzes the test technology of digital integrated circuit in China.
