基于思维策略转变的初中物理教师培训实践

摘要 基于关注学科实际特征,培养学生核心素养的要求,在培训实施和培训评价等环节融入新型培训思维。分析传统培训思维的特点和不足。以初中物理教师为例,阐述教师培训过程中的思维方式。 Based on the requirements of paying attention to the actual characteristics of the discipline and cultivating students'core literacy,new training thinking is integrated into the training implementation and training evaluation.This paper analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of traditional training thinking.Taking junior high school physics teachers as an example,it expounds the thinking mode in the process of teacher training.
