摘要
分析地方高校机械类专业师资队伍建设存在的问题,提出强化顶层设计、建立健全人才引进和内部培养机制、构建合理的教师评价与激励机制、校企深度融合、构建新工科教学团队的措施。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of teaching staff of mechanical specialty in local colleges and universities,and puts forward the measures to strengthen the top-level design,establish and improve the talent introduction and internal training mechanism,build a reasonable teacher evaluation and incentive mechanism,deeply integrate the school and enterprise,and build a new engineering teaching team.
